    133.5 sigh...

I know I shouldn't be complaining, this *(Y_&& ice storm has really affected my workout schedule this week and I've been eating more since I've been home with time on my hands. Must. Stop. That.

Limewave, I may be misremembering this, but didn't you start out over 200? If it was you I'm thinking of, would you recap some of your strategies? I see you're on a mtb in your avatar picture. Is that style of riding more effective than road riding for you?

I'm also missing Texas Red and KenyonChris. Texas Red was another big girl who had had some success losing weight while cycling. I wonder how she's doing. Chris got married. I guess she got busy, but I miss her posts about being a bike-riding police officer.

No idea what my weight is at this point, but I have lost a half inch off of my hips and the bottom part of my quads are bigger. I guess the squats and suffer session spins classes are paying off finally.
