    I'm working on it!

    Plan for today:

B: Egg + egg white fried, English muffin. Coffee!!!!
    S: Walnuts + raisins
L: Ultrameal Dutch Chocolate 1 scoop + Banana + 1 cup Plain Soy Milk, Spinach Salad
S: 1 cup veggies, Greek Yogurt + 1/4 cup granola
D: I don't know yet: I'm thinking lentil soup or something else legume-ey.
    S: Popcorn? Dark Chocolate? Both?

Workout: 120 minutes on the computrainer.

    Salsa's a veggie, right?

B: Steel-cut oats with cinnamon and maple syrup. Cup of tea with milk and sugar.
    S: An oatmeal cookie
L: A few chips and some really hot salsa. Mmm. DBF proceeded to eat the rest of the bag. I also had a handful of chili powder-coated dried mangoes.
D: Chicken (marinated in beer, lime juice and spices) burritos. (With onions and peppers, a big dollop of salsa and a handful of bagged salad veggies. I forgot to make rice.)
S: Glass of iced green tea with honey, square of toffee almond chocolate, an apple.
At least I don't leave slime trails.

    Yesterday:

B - Blueberry struessel muffin (the last one! ).

    S - Organic "ritz" crackers.

L - Leftovers of my open face "meatball" sub sandwich from the night before, a purple carrot, vanilla soy yogurt, an apple, three more truffles (chocolate/coconut, chocolate/mint, and chocolate/chocolate ganache).

    S - 20 oz soy hot chocolate.

D - macaroni and daiya vegan cheese, peas, apple sauce, and a couple bites of a mushroom stroganoff my neighbor made for us.

    Today:

B - maple and brown sugar oatmeal.

L - Mac n cheese leftovers, a carrot, vanilla soy yogurt, an apple, 3 coconut milk caramel chocolates.

D - Haven't decided yet, but probably some easy to make comfort food. I'm always pretty worn out by the end of my third 12 hour shift in a row.

B: bowl of cereal with 1%
L: A few bits of leftover chicken from last night's dinner. There's still enough for a lunch-sized burrito tomorrow!
S: a small frappucino, with whipped cream. Mmm. An oatmeal cookie too!
D: Pizza! Pepperoni and cheese. I wanted to make a salad to go with it, but what we had in the fridge was sort of interesting and I forgot to pick some up when we went shopping...I'll have a load of broccoli tomorrow, I guess.
S: I think an apple, or a glass of milk. I'm thirsty! (Freaking pepperoni...)
At least I don't leave slime trails.
