My goal this week is to get on the scale every morning. I do so much better when I'm holding my self accountable.
I am at 140.0 this morning. I am finding that losing weight more slowly (.5 pounds per week) is harder than losing 1 pound a week. Maintenance is going to be really hard. I never thought about that before.

I'm probably the only person in the room who gains weight after long rides. I was 229.2 yesterday morning. One 12-mile bike ride later...230.6. Go figure.
