It's coming off like molasses, but at least I'm headed in the right direction.

TriGirl, how tall are you if you don't mind me asking? I'm still trying to get an idea of what to shoot for on this weight loss??? It kinda looks like we have pretty similar goals tho I'm 5'7.

    Yeah, I'm short. Only 5'3" I *wish* I were 4 inches taller...

My ultimate goal is to be 140 again. I was once 120, but my athletics suffered when I was that tiny. I didn't have the power on the bike and I didn't have it on the run. 140 is where I feel the most comfortable and am able to perform at my best. I still have a long way to go...
Last time I lost all the weight I lost it too fast and it didn't stay off (I lost 2-3 lbs a week). This time I'm purposely taking it slower in hopes that it will last. My goal is 1 lb a week.

It's definitely NOT where the charts say I should be, but we all know height/weight charts don't take into account the athlete. When Arnold was at his Mr. Olympian best, he was considered obese according to the charts.

I'm late every week posting my unchanging weight...127. I'm teaching too many classes on the "bike to nowhere" and my eating habits have been haphazard to say the least.

I know better. I'm just embarrassed since I'm a full time personal trainer that is having a hell of a time taking my own advice.

132.2... Wed seems the best time to weigh in as certain workouts seem to make me retain water for a day and I do these on Wed & Thursday... I seem to remember an earlier discussion on this last year where others experienced this. Am I remembering incorrectly?

    149.6.

My goal this week is to get on the scale every morning. I do so much better when I'm holding my self accountable.
