    Pain Free for 2 Weeks!

I just got done with my PT appointment. Call or come back as needed - and I get to try running again! Woohoo! After six months of awful leg pain and finding out I had a herniated disc, this is really music to my ears. I never doubted the McKenzie PT techniques, but feeling the results is still just amazing.

A big thanks to Knotted for pointing me in the right direction - and to everyone else who offered their support and encouragement. You all truly are a blessing.

    Hey Deborajen,

I know I am new to the forum here, but I came across this post and just wanted to say good job. Dealing with an injury (especially one that lasts so long) can be so very trying and sometimes demoralizes even the strongest of athlete. It is great to hear how enthusiastic and excited you are about coming back, there is no doubt in my mind that you will continue to break free from this injury and become even stronger than you were before.

    Way to go!
