I'm not weighing in today. I have a race tomorrow morning and I find its better if I don't get on the scale the week prior. It lets me focus more on nutrition and proper fuel rather than the number on the scale.

    Back again next week.

Finally- the new WW system plus getting more bike miles - the scale crept back down to 114.4. I still need to lose another 1/2 lb to be back in my maintenance range.

    Changing my goal...

I think I need to reassess my goal girls. The thing is this: my clothes are a bit looser now but my weight is staying the same. Today I was still at 164? I'm changing a lot of stuff at once. The weight training is definitely firming me up and I have been working on different approaches to cardio too. I'm not sure I have even been under 150 in my adult life, I think I am making my new weight goal 154. Once I get to that and see how I look and feel then I may drop it again but for now this will do.

Still 179 yesterday... Either my weight has stayed exactly the same (to within 100 grammes!) over 3 weeks of careful eating, having the flu and then training hard, or.... my scales are broken. Some investigation reveals I can vary my weight by about 6kg by standing in different parts of the scales, and 179 is just the number where I would usually stand, lol! Will get another set tonight and try it out
