I got a B17 Imperial for myself for Xmas, and I had no break in period at all. It was perfect (so lucky!). I'm glad you are finding yours to be more comfortable.

It's a B17, but the standard one (tho not the short "S" or narrow) Brooks B17.

Okay, mine is the Imperial (with the cut out) but the standard one in general size (not narrow or short either)
