I highly recommend the recipe book "atisan bread in five minutes" for delicious bread recipes. Yumm... MOdifications I have added are to temper the yeast in the liquid first and then since I am not so good at forming the round loaves, I put them in bread pans. Haven't bought bread for over a year. My favorite is a molasses and whole wheat for sandwiches.
