When my mutt was first getting arthritis I looked into a heated dog bed. I was nervous about an electronic one, felt like electric blankies what if it shorts as she rolls, digs in it etc. I found one that reflects her heat. She seems to love it.I think that little dog Heidi is looking for more warmth- have you considered a heated dog bed?- I bet that's what she'd really love instead of trying to lie on the poor cat.My little pugs used to ADORE their heating pad beds...especially as they got older and had some arthritis and aches and pains.
I'll try to get a shot of her burrowing under it. I think it helps.
