    Went to the gym today for my free training session and discovered I read the wrong number initially. My BMI is actually 25 which is a helluva lot better than 32! So I don't feel like a total slob now.

    I never did officially join this thread, but I'm following everyone's progress and I joined Weight Watchers (again). My goal is to be 155 by the end of February (my starting weight is 166). My final goal is 140- hopefully by May 1st.
