    The bike will arrive on Wednesday, the equipment will arrive on Thursday, I will arrive on Saturday.

    I've been doing 60 minute vigorous intervals 5 days/week for the last three weeks...I'm ready for my first ride of the year!

    I'm shooting for 250 to 300 miles next week!
