I was good and stuck to my plan of not running yesterday. I did do a 3.6 mile hilly hike. Since I was wearing my trail running shoes and not my full hiking boots, I did break out in a little run twice, for about 2 minutes each. Hip and hamstring feel much better this morning. I think I aggravated the hamstring by wearing my wedge heeled Uggs on Sat. night. Even though I was just at home, with friends, I guess it put enough strain on the hamstring to tweak it even more.
I will run either tomorrow or Wednesday, depending on how it feels.
