    Maybe it's short hand for "assisted".

    Glutes are getting sore now too. Although that could be from the plyometric stuff I did in between.

    wow- that was not easy. And I wasn't even using any added weight.
    How do you keep your knees from hurting while doing that? I appeared to be doing it just like the little video lady, but my knees did not appreciate that.
    I can see how they would be beneficial tho for sure!!! Well-done!

    My trainer puts a weight belt around a post and I lean back against the weight belt which is just below my knees.
