Missed reaching my mileage goal for the year

Good point, tulip...and well taken. I am proud of the mileage I have done..it's my biggest year yet. It is supposed to snow tomorrow evening, and I don't have the money or the time to go out and get studded tires (don't think my wheels could take 'em anyway)...but as soon as the roads are clear and dry enough, my plan is to somehow, someway hit my goal by year's end.

Do you have a cross bike? Or a hybrid with knobbies? or a MTB? The dirt trails are usually rideable even in the snow, AND ARE BEAUTIFUL!!! And you can ride all the way up to Wisconsin!
. . . I have not ruled out riding on sat. It'll be up near 30F, and if the snow isn't too horrible, I'll be on the trails.

Unfortunately, no...I only have a road bike. Who knows...maybe the weather forecasters will all be way off with the snow prediction (I hope, I hope, I hope!). I'm going to play it by ear for now.
