I ordered some Steen's cane syrup (and molassas) because I couldn't find it in stores around here. Steen's is a small company in Abbeville, LA. I was homesick over the weekend and wanted to make a Gateaux Syrop (Syrup Cake).
I still haven't done a thing for my far flung family. They were far flung before I moved too. So I'll be ordering something, I just can't decide what......
