A little miscommunication with my training partner had her on her treadmill today and me doing our 5.8 mile route solo.

Started out late - needed to digest the whole wheat blueberry pancakes I made us for breakfast! . Felt fine on the run, but afterwards, felt crappy - weak, tummy troubles, and dizzy. Major "grey outs" everytime I stood up. So I ended up dozing on the couch the rest of the afternoon!

    Go get em colby!!!

I ran about 13 on trails today. A little harder than I intended, but I enjoyed time running with a good friend.
Slow and steady (like a train!)

Good luck, Colby! I know you are doing great!

Ran 10 miles this morning. It's the week before the HM in Memphis so I have my taper week ahead of me. I am sooooo ready! The blister needs to heal more but I think it's still going to be an issue.

Ran 10.6 today with DH... slower I am sure than he'd like to go (9:30 to his 7:42 average) but it's a big improvement for me so I'm happy. Rounds out a good week mileage-wise.

Colby, I am looking forward to your race report!
I can do five more miles.

Nice 5+ mile trail run with a rather steep hill at the start. I really need to focus on the hills as they always slow me way down. Have a great end of November everyone!!
