"forgot" to weigh this morning, but I did yesterday morning. 131.8 for this week.
When I weighed myself on Thanksgiving morninng I was 125.5. This morning...after my personal gluttony caused by eating not one, not two but three Costco mini-cheesecakes I'm back to 126.
The cardio/weight-training afternoon should help take me back to that downward trend.
