This morning I was able to ride the spinning bike in my apartment's fitness complex and actually tighten down the toe cages and do something that approached real workI experimented with standing runs and standing climbs with moderate resistance...and NO bad after-effects
So the progress continues, if'en I can keep from over-doing things. No more bike stuff until the weekend![]()
I am actually putting off purchasing cold-weather tights until my tendons are in better shape - I can't risk over-doing things right now... I think my leg-warmers will be good until the low 40's, but probably not warm enough for lower temps. I WANT a pair of PI AmFibs, but it seems prudent to wait, knowing me. D-E-N-I-A-L is not a river in Egypt![]()
