after couple good months, last week was a mess ... more emotional eating than necessary, in fact more emotion than necessary ... so I went backwards, to 140.

131.6 - this is the wrong direction, but I can finally start ramping up my exercise so won't complain. I have only gained 1 pound from where I was when I injured myself in september - though my weight did drop a little after that.

123.8 this week, small loss but I will take it.
Good job all, let's do it! Wishing everyone meets their goal or at least comes close!

    No change.

In an attempt to avoid holiday weight gain while on vacation with family next week, I have planned 300K of bike riding (Tuesday & Friday) and a 5K race on Thursday. I'll probably run Mon & Weds too. I'm hoping that will offset all the pie I'm likely to eat. OK, not likely. All the pie I *will* eat.

I'm a little late with this, but I'm at 126 and hoping to keep going on a downward trend. I'm definately bumping up my weight-training
Vertically challenged, but expanding my horizons.
