For the constant runny nose, I have tried countless OTC allergy meds (Claritin, Zyrtec, etc.) and none of them seem to work for me. I've given up on them. I just wipe a lot with my glove...and whenever we stop for a potty break, I make sure to blow my nose.

For the toe covers...I have the PI Cyclone toe covers on my road shoes. I wear a size 42 shoe, and I had to go with the L/XL toe covers. I also bought some full shoe covers (also PI) and had to get the XL...the L was way too small.
