Aint it a GREAT feeling to conquer something like this!!!

I still remember how SUPER I felt when I finally cycled the whole way up a hill that I had always had to stop once or twice on... albeit only at 4.8 - 5.2km/hour most of the way...

    Well done

    Love long, ride hard

Courage does not always roar. Sometimes, it is the quiet voice at the end of the day saying,
    "I will try again tomorrow".

My hill (now "had by me" 3X!) is the one where Glen Oaks becomes Llagas. Then it's got a great descent, long and windy until you get to the bottom and there's a loose pitbull hanging out! He didn't seem to have any interest in me, though.

Of course, now I've got to tackle McKean from the San Jose side to the reservoirs. It's amazing what peer pressure will do for you!

    Go fellow hill-beaters!

I know that hill! Excellent job! I'm back (literally) to zero after about 7 years of not riding but maybe I can talk you and/or slinkedog into riding with me next time I go to the bay area!
