I. Rode. This. Greatest road ever including the "cravat knot":
This is the road to Coll dels Reis from Sa Calobra in Mallorca.
It's easier than it looks, it's a 700m climb with an average of 7% and a couple of short pieces a little steeper.
It was über-cool.
Considering my season was screwed but now I firmly believe I'm fixed.
Because you get to descend first, then climb it. Sa Calobra is a tiny hamlet now-turned-tourist-trap that used to be only accessible by sea before the road was built. Initially as a gravel path, for smuggling.Whee!!! first. Wow!!! second.It's a little secret you didn't know about us women. We're all closet Visigoths.
