    Eden,

I have to agree with you about Tri-Flo, seems to be very sticky and attracts dirt easily. I'll pick up a bottle of T-9 next time I'm at REI and give it a try.

Mostly Prolink, although I have an assortment of Pedro's lubes that get used as well. I'm thinking about making my own with synthetic motor oil and odorless mineral spirits once I have a few empty bottles accumulated.

Some folks are using this, believe it or not, and having really good luck. The trick is you HAVE to really clean all of the petrolium out of your chain, so get Park Tool Citrus Brite.

I haven't had any real issues with RNR coming out. I give it a vigorous shake before application. Sorry, hopefully it is just a defective bottle.

    Boeshield T9.

Works great for the damp and rainy conditions I generally ride in.

Just tried the T-9 today on a 40 mile ride and like how quiet it is. Nice, clean, non-greasy lube. Now the test for longevity...

    pumpkin,
Use a pin or paper clip to widen the opening. You can also cut the tip back, but then the opening will probably be too big...

Good to hear from several people that this isn't normal... and thanks Sarah for the tip. I'll try that next time.
