Got cleared to go to spinning class tonight as long as I didn't clip in and used very low resistance....and it went fine My heart rate didn't break 100, but that wasn't the point of the experiment. No pain last night, outside of a very minor ache in the strained hammie that went away very quickly, and no stiffness/pain this morning in quads or tendons (or anywhere). I am a happy woman.

I am hoping my PT will clear a short, easy ride this weekend, but time will tell. I did not clip in at class, and kept the straps on the toe cages quite loose to keep from engaging the hamstring as much as possible.
