Did 4 mile run number two last night. Another winner! It's really odd that these two 4 mile runs seemed entirely less painful than my last few 3 mile runs. I'm going to attribute it to 1) somewhat new route 2) stormy/rainy weather and 3) dark. Of course, none of these things should have anything to do with why my foot no longer hurts at 2.5 miles in..but whatever. I'll take it!
Maybe I'm just more cut out to be a winter runner than a summer one? That really shouldn't be a surprise to me at all, but I am pretty amazed that it would make that much of a difference.
