It's worth mentioning that we have a Dessert Clause in our marriage: DH does not share dessert. I have to order my own. And unfortunately the profiterole's come in three's. I couldn't let them go to waste.

I did look them up, I have a friend that makes cream puffs from scratch - the name I am accustomed to. You certainly don't want them to go to waste That sounds like a pretty good Dessert Clause, I LIKE that one!
