I drink about 1,5 litres a day, which is probably 64 oz, right? of water, sometimes a bit less, plus a few cups of green tea or herbal tea, one cup of coffee, a glass of juice in the morning, a little milk in my cereal in the morning and a glass with dinner. If I'm riding, add a bit less than one bottle an hour to that. Maybe I should be drinking more, but when I do it makes me feel weird, and it accelerates my digestion even more, which is not something I need.

For breakfast I have a glass of water and a cup of green tea.

At work I drink a 18 oz. glass of ice tea and probably another 4 - 8 oz of water.

At home, I drink 2 - 3 12 oz glasses of water. I may add a coke on occasion. I usually drink about 8 oz during the night.

So I am around 68 oz each day. That doesn't include what I drink if I'm riding or working out. All that would be additional. I can easily and have gone through a 100 oz bladder of water while riding, especially mountain biking. and if hot, I could go through another full bladder. On a century I did two years ago, where the temperature was around 95 degrees, I went through 3. I still got dehydrated. I found out later I drank too much water and leached out electrolytes. Boy there is a fine line between too much and too little!
