When I hit 100 miles a week my weight started to drop again...and then I hurt my leg. So far, at least, my weight is stable. I can still do upper body lifting and walk so hopefully that will help - and I really hope to be able to start getting back on either bike or at least the spinning bike in another week or so. So far, at least, I am only off for a week. Again. So we will see.
If I didn't have to pack tonight I think I would throw my own pity party and have a couple of beers![]()
