Take care of yourself, and it sounds like you are. If I hadn't been so stubborn about all of this my legs may have healed by now, or not. The PT figured me out pretty quickly though, there was no ambiguity at all in the printed instructions I left with. He broke it down into the simplest possible terms:
"No spinning or biking. Walking only. No lower body weight lifting."
My trainer can work with that so at least I can get a good upper body/core workout... it is getting frustrating though because all of this has to be impacting my overall fitness. There isn't anything for it though, not unless I want this to stick around until springAt least I have not gained any weight, though should probably drop my calories back down to 1,400 until I can start really exercising again.
