I have teenie weenie hands, but my solution is old tech from a few years ago (Hayes hydros with Razorrock levers)...

DH says the Avid Juicy 7 is well-known as great for small hands. He thinks the Hayes El Camino is good, and the Magura Marta....that last one is a phenomenal brake, so it's worth a try. I think it's worth a try on all of them....go to the LBS and try squeezing some levers!!
