I'm a freak!

Welcome to the freak club!
My mom always made my oatmeal practically swimming in milk (whole milk) when I was a child. Also butter on top and brown sugar. Yum! So that's the ultimate comfort food for me. I manage to forgo the butter now, but I still like a nice large splash of milk, along with cinnamon, chopped nuts, and maple syrup on mine. I cook it in water, though.
I use a lot of milk on my cereal too. These days it's almond milk, but I like a lot of it. I always watch my in-laws pour a tiny dollup of milk on their cereal and realize I must be a freak, but I like lotsa milk on my cereals!
