I was 146 this morning. I have been eating more, and cycling more, so it has worked out. I have done two of longest rides ever in the last two weeks - on 62 miles and the other 70 miles. I want to be able to do a century next summer.

I need to post in a day early this week. 140 this morning. Not bad. I was able to trim back some of the crappy food, though there were those pumpkin cupcakes .... I'm continuing my food diary, and looking at success one week at a time. For me, looking daily is too up/down, one week at a time works for me!

Tremendous work stress this week ended with 3 lbs lost. There is potential this work issue can continue for 3 more weeks. I keep joking that the plus side to it is, I could get a much needed 10 lb or more weight loss.But I'd much rather lose it by riding my bike!

113.4 this morning, down a little from last week.
I've been training for El Tour de Tucson, riding lots of extra miles during the last 3 weeks. I'm always hungry and I actually don't think I've been eating enough, but my hunch is that I am still retaining water. Next week is my "rest" week - maybe the water weight will drop off again.
