I could be interested in a pair these, depending on what their sizes are like. My PI bib-shorts are a small and are almost too large, while my regular PI shorts are a medium and fit fine...
Do you know how the Hincapie small compares with the PI small? I will check around and find a Hincapie size measurement chart...

Sorry, I don't have any basis for comparison because I've never worn PI bib tights. I bet the Hincapie website would have a size chart.
