Did about 3kms entirely on grass in the local park yesterday. Took about 30 mins including warming up and down. Need to stretch more. The park is far from flat so attempted some interval training up the steep bits, mixed with running on a lovely flat bit next to the river. Was as tired after this as after a 3 hour ride!
Will try and get out into the country more and run the footpaths as I get fitter...
