Did my own personal best of 7.14 miles at a snail's pace (11 something...). But, was only slightly sore the next day - although fairly wiped out. Amazing how I could put that effort on the bike & not even notice it the next day but running is so much more difficult for me right now. I just started running a couple of months ago.
I'm thinking about doing a half marathon in November. If I can kick my mileage up by 1 mile/week, I could do it.
