Adding in some updates - and feeling the pain over the "funk", as I'm in one myself. Feel better limewave!

149.6 for me this morning. I'm planning to do my longest ride ever this Saturday - 66 miles at the Kaolin Festival ride in Sandersville, GA.

151.8. I am finding it quite comfortable to maintain this weight. If I act like I'm in maintenance, I get maintenance results...gee, what a surprise!

Time to start paying attention and get that scale moving downward again.

Exercise: I'm swimming a mile a couple times a week, and walking/jogging on a treadmill a couple times a week, and next week I'm going to reintroduce long bike rides (so far it's been 4 - 10 miles once a week while rehabbing the MCL injury). On an upnote, I can jog a whole half-mile on the knee, on the treadmill. I'm scared to go out on pavement yet.

    Diet: eh.

Tremendous work stress this week ended with 3 lbs lost. There is potential this work issue can continue for 3 more weeks. I keep joking that the plus side to it is, I could get a much needed 10 lb or more weight loss. But I'd much rather lose it by riding my bike!

    Holding steady at 151.

And, after trying on about 40 pairs of jeans, I am definitely into a size 8! The first time ever in the single digit sizes. I am ECSTATIC!
