Another cyclist hit

How tragic! Once again, the blame is put on the cyclist. Unfortunately, the pattern won't change until attitudes change. I wish I knew the solution.

If gas cost $10.00 gallon and our main mode of transportation becomes such that automobile becomes the alternate mode of transportation then the attitude will change.
