healing thoughts needed for fellow TE rider Helga

Hi everyone - today during a training ride for the Cinderella ride (out here in Northern CA) our fellow TE rider Helga (Frances) took a spill. She is in the hospital now and although she has some fairly serious injuries, there's nothing requiring surgery or anything like that. She is going to be under observation in the ICU for the next day or so, and I hope have an update tomorrow sometime.

I know she'd appreciate your thought and prayers - she's an avid reader (and infrequent poster) here, and we've talked many times about what the forum and all you gals mean to her (we're friends, neighbors and regular riding buddies). So any spare healing energy any of you gals have, please send it Helga's way!

Hey Ann... I'm so upset and shocked hearing what happened to Frances today. Is there anything we can do for her? Will she be in the hospital for a while? I'll most certainly be praying for her.
