Well...

I kept going back and forth whether to back off my long run this week, or press on til taper time. That's the trouble with compressing marathon training into 11 weeks.

I was really planning to keep it to 18 or less today. But as the week went on, I felt stronger and more rested, so I wound up going for 24. Not sure that was such a great idea ... I was really tired by the end of it.

Anyway, had my ice bath, got my compression tights on and my legs up.
