I wear Oakleys. I love that they are protective for my eyes, but we did have to 'tweak' the astigmatism prescription in one eye in order for me to be able to have them. I do not notice it when I wear them - I notice more that I don't have a bifocal when I need to read something![]()
At first my eyes had to adjust when I switched back to my normal glasses, but since then my eyes have become accustomed to the two prescriptions and there are no problems. I really like having the wrap-around glasses and Oakley's shatter-proof lenses and I do NOT notice any problems with my vision with the adjusted prescription for cycling. I am sure that it would be a problem with other activities, but not for riding. My eye dr put me through a few tests to make sure that the changed prescription would work for the purpose; she has done this for other people to get them into Oakleys.
