I do wonder if this is part of my quad soreness. The hip flexor soreness is from the MT I allowed to stretch my Sunday before my ride - and it is feeling better today. I suspect the quad soreness is a combination of moving to clipless, use of a reclined leg-press machine by my trainer last week, and pushing things a little too hard/far on Sunday on the bike. Things seem to be starting to feel better though, and am off the bike until spinning class Thursday (will take that very lightly).
