    Bumps and Bruises

I really can sympathize with you. I went to the doctor's last week and she became concerned when she saw all the gashes on my legs. I assured her I wasn't a stumbling drunk or an unstable ole lady just someone trying to ride a bike again after 30 years.

Believe me, the more you ride the less accident prone you'll be. Riding's fun; it's the cuts and bruises that hurt.

Oy! I have a running bruise on my right calf where it apparently hits the gear sprockets. I honestly don't even know I'm doing it when I'm riding!
