Nothing from me this week I'm afraid - dh has been doing 12hr days and then had a migraineso I've not been out since last week's lessons. Another lesson tomorrow, dd is booked into creche nice and early so I can get some warming up done first. There are a whole load of roadworks coming along and I really want to be able to ride the towpath into town.
