Posse gal, thanks for continuing to do this. I will stay on board with the weekly check-in, - it helps me stay focused, even though I am hovering around my goal weight now. Put me down for 111.2 today and a goal of 109.
Our love of biking can help us through to our goals- mine has helped me lose 26 pounds since last July, and maintain my weight since May.

I'd like in again. I really fell of the wagon in August and gained a bunch of weight. So starting weight 182 goal 174. I hope the scale moves the right way this time.

Possegal thank you, thank you, thank you for continuing to do this for all of us.

Well, I didn't partake in the last round of the weight loss challenge and somehow lost 7 lbs. I don't get my body! Argh!

I'm all in for this round! I'm down to 150.2 as of Friday (wooo! I was sitting at 157 for the last, oh, 10 months). My goal is another 5 pound loss, so I'd like to shoot for 145.

I have lost 30 pounds and am still over 25% body fat, but am still losing weight. I also have a large amount of fat in my abdomen area, and am hoping it redistributes over time. I started biking 6 months ago at the age of 49 and love it. Karen

where, oh where, have i been?

OK, I disappeared ... last post was August 16, 2009, (hence my post title). My last 13 months have been, well, to say the least, life changing. I need to really get "my life" back and a bit of weight loss will help. My riding has taken a hit, but I know I'll get back on track there too.

On Sept 10th my weight was 145, my goal by Nov 5th is to break into the 130s. Don't care where in the 130s, just somewhere.

I can't wait to start digging back thru some of the thread again, I've missed checking in.

I put down 139.9. I SOOOOO understand the idea of just breaking through into another decade there. I really do!

A little late, but count me in. I need to get back on track. Weighed in at 207.8 this morning, a big set-back. Goal is to get below 200. Not off to an easy start with a wedding and a Devon Cream Tea planned for this week-end, but then it's back to work and routines again.
