Posse, if it is ok, just go ahead and change my goal to 125. My weight last night was 129.8.
Thanks! I talked with my trainer today and he thinks that things are going well - he thinks that I am becoming leaner as opposed to losing muscle. As much weight as I've lost, almost all of my body fat seems to be centered around my abdomen - even at 20% body fat it is quite noticeable.
