Posse, if it is ok, just go ahead and change my goal to 125. My weight last night was 129.8.

Thanks! I talked with my trainer today and he thinks that things are going well - he thinks that I am becoming leaner as opposed to losing muscle. As much weight as I've lost, almost all of my body fat seems to be centered around my abdomen - even at 20% body fat it is quite noticeable. It would be good for my overall health if I could lose more of that...

I have lost 30 pounds and am still over 25% body fat, but am still losing weight. I also have a large amount of fat in my abdomen area, and am hoping it redistributes over time. I started biking 6 months ago at the age of 49 and love it. Karen

where, oh where, have i been?

OK, I disappeared ... last post was August 16, 2009, (hence my post title). My last 13 months have been, well, to say the least, life changing. I need to really get "my life" back and a bit of weight loss will help. My riding has taken a hit, but I know I'll get back on track there too.

On Sept 10th my weight was 145, my goal by Nov 5th is to break into the 130s. Don't care where in the 130s, just somewhere.

I can't wait to start digging back thru some of the thread again, I've missed checking in.

I put down 139.9. I SOOOOO understand the idea of just breaking through into another decade there. I really do!
