    Well, I didn't partake in the last round of the weight loss challenge and somehow lost 7 lbs. I don't get my body! Argh!

    I'm all in for this round! I'm down to 150.2 as of Friday (wooo! I was sitting at 157 for the last, oh, 10 months). My goal is another 5 pound loss, so I'd like to shoot for 145.

    I am learning not to weigh the morning after a hard ride or strength training... my weight is always higher on those days, and back down the next
