I'm very new to this board, but would LOVE to participate! I've already lost 15 but I fell off the wagon about a month ago and gained a few pounds back. Maybe this will get me motivated again.

    I am currently 146.5, goal is 140.

    Thank you for doing this!!

    Goal: 225 (again)

    Thanks, Possegal!

Welcome aboard GodivaGirl! You will find a lot of inspiration here, and lots of helpful advice as well.

Here is the link folks - let me know if it isn't working. Still have all the names from last time on there and I will clean that up in a week or so, after people have a chance to chime in about giving it another go this challenge. (easier to wait and delete than retype, yeah, I'm that lazy! )

Posse, if it is ok, just go ahead and change my goal to 125. My weight last night was 129.8.

Thanks! I talked with my trainer today and he thinks that things are going well - he thinks that I am becoming leaner as opposed to losing muscle. As much weight as I've lost, almost all of my body fat seems to be centered around my abdomen - even at 20% body fat it is quite noticeable. It would be good for my overall health if I could lose more of that...

I have lost 30 pounds and am still over 25% body fat, but am still losing weight. I also have a large amount of fat in my abdomen area, and am hoping it redistributes over time. I started biking 6 months ago at the age of 49 and love it. Karen

Posse gal, thanks for continuing to do this. I will stay on board with the weekly check-in, - it helps me stay focused, even though I am hovering around my goal weight now. Put me down for 111.2 today and a goal of 109.
Our love of biking can help us through to our goals- mine has helped me lose 26 pounds since last July, and maintain my weight since May.

I'd like in again. I really fell of the wagon in August and gained a bunch of weight. So starting weight 182 goal 174. I hope the scale moves the right way this time.

Possegal thank you, thank you, thank you for continuing to do this for all of us.

A little late, but count me in. I need to get back on track. Weighed in at 207.8 this morning, a big set-back. Goal is to get below 200. Not off to an easy start with a wedding and a Devon Cream Tea planned for this week-end, but then it's back to work and routines again.

144.6 this morning. I have really focused on my eating this week since I am only getting one short ride in (family obligations).

Ok a couple of weekends ago was Thanksgiving and I ate everything I wasn't supposed to. I didn't gain any weight even though there was pie and turkey and pie and potatoes and pie and veggies and pie and pie. You see the theme here!
This week I was so good I tried to make up for my pie weekend, and I have gained a pound this week! I am 147. Maybe a pound isn't a huge deal but really? It's been 11 days since my last slice of pie!
