I just weighed in at 129.8... I swear that I am eating enough but the weight keeps going. Am going to meet with a nutritionist at my club to figure out how to do this properly. I don't want to be at my target weight of 128(.9) the second week of the challenge! I do NOT go hungry, not by any stretch of the imagination.
Then again, I haven't been this light in probably 30 years - so I probably shouldn't be complainingLong distance cycling does burn a lot of calories...
