Thanks. One of my goals was to do a couple of the summer races. I'm not good in heat and humidity and needed to get over that mental barrier. The Belwood race was the 3rd week of July. It was my best performance of the year. Go figure!!

Some of my other goals were not met. Weight goal (just a few pounds heavy-but I didn't get to race weight of last 2 years - curse aging!) and speed goals for run and bike.

So this weekend I'm scheduled to get my bodyfat measurement in one of those Pod thingys. Then I will see a nutritionist (is that a word?) to look at diet and perhaps get a gait analysis done (I kick my ankles a lot - it's called heel whip.) I have an ultrasound scheduled for tomorrow for my nagging, chronic "I don't know what or how I did it" supraspinatous injury. Then meet with my coach and plot a course for next year.
