149.4, woohoo! I haven't been under 150 in over a year! I just started tracking calories again this week and really worked on portion control. I'm so excited!

After 2 months of maintaining around 111-112, my weight has jumped up to 115. I know I didn't eat 10,000 extra calories since last week..

I am following a training plan to get ready for a century ride, with lots of miles, and intervals. I'm eating more to keep up with fueling for the rides, but I am convinced I'm seeing water retention from the increased stress on my muscles (not to mention feeling.

I have one more week with intervals, then a recovery week- when I hope to see that number come back down. I'm not panicking yet.

That sounds a reasonable assumption, I noted that when I was still training for my brevet, before my hamstring problem put a temporary stop to my long rides. You could also be adding muscle as well.

I was 146 this morning. I have been eating more, and cycling more, so it has worked out. I have done two of longest rides ever in the last two weeks - on 62 miles and the other 70 miles. I want to be able to do a century next summer.

131.8 this morning I know it is because I've had to really back off on all exercise outside of strength training for the past few weeks because of the hamstring injury. This weekend I get to start coming back though

113.4 this morning, down a little from last week.

I've been training for El Tour de Tucson, riding lots of extra miles during the last 3 weeks. I'm always hungry and I actually don't think I've been eating enough, but my hunch is that I am still retaining water. Next week is my "rest" week - maybe the water weight will drop off again.

145.2 this morning. I feel like I am struggling this week, although I am trying to not be too hard on myself because I have had 2 family members in the hospital this week.

130 pounds this week - still I am happy with this considering I have been unable to truly exercise in more than a month do to this *&$# leg.

I will continue to the next challenge with the same goal from this one. I will re-sign up on the new thread when it comes out. I really need the accountability of doing this - and thanks to Possegal for all of her work!

And if DH hadn't dragged me out to dinner last night, complete with wine, 3 courses and a yummy profiterole for dessert, I might have made my goal this morning But I'm not complaining.
